Harriet Wrinkle

Assistant Director

Biography

Although born and raised in England, Harriet crossed the pond in 2012 to start her undergraduate journey at the College of Charleston. Harriet joined Delta Gamma Women’s Fraternity and became heavily involved across campus, including as a peer counselor. Post-graduation, Harriet served as a Collegiate Development Consultant for Delta Gamma and traveled throughout North America meeting sorority women, supporting the chapters, and developing a love for student affairs. Her time on the road led to Harriet enrolling in the University of Tennessee’s College Student Personnel Master’s program. As a graduate student, she served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Sorority & Fraternity Life and worked primarily with the Interfraternity Council. Additionally, she served as a facilitator for the alcohol and other drugs education programs for the Center for Health Education and Wellness and as a Hazing Prevention Team board member. Following graduation, Harriet was the Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs at Austin Peay State University, which allowed her to gain further experience in health and safety initiatives, hazing prevention, and accountability processes. Harriet returned to Rocky Top in the spring of 2021 to serve as a Coordinator in the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards (SCCS). Harriet transitioned into the Assistant Director role in Spring 2023 and works primarily with student organizations going through the conduct process.

Harriet has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with concentrations in Sociology and Criminology and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel. She is a member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and the Association for Student Conduct Administrators (ASCA). Harriet is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Institute for Hazing Prevention, Delta Gamma’s Chapter Incident Procedure training, and is a trained facilitator of the Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP). Harriet is an alumna member of Delta Gamma Women’s Fraternity and currently serves as the Honor Board Advisor for the Epsilon Gamma Chapter of Delta Gamma.
