Biography

Anna works as a Graduate Assistant for Student Conduct and Community Standards at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Anna grew up in Crossville, TN but has always had a love for Knoxville! Before joining the team, she received a Bachelor’s of Art in Ministry from Asbury University and a Master’s of Art in Curriculum & Instruction from Tennessee Tech University. Anna worked as a middle school and high school teacher in Knox, Roane, and Anderson County before beginning her work on her second Master’s of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee.

Anna’s primary focus is facilitating students through the Student Conduct Process for allegations for Academic and Behavioral Misconduct. Anna strives to create an equitable and restorative process for all students. She cares deeply about student’s knowing they have a voice in their conduct process, as this is the path to growth. When not working with students, Anna interns at the Crossville Police Department and spends time with her two children.
