Proposed Change to the Student Code of Conduct 

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville is proposing to change the Student Code of Conduct. At the University of Tennessee’s Board of Trustees meeting on October 13, 2016, a Rulemaking Hearing regarding the proposed Student Code of Conduct was held. This hearing was open to all members of the University community as well as the general public. Per the rulemaking process, the University is currently reviewing the written and oral comments that were submitted concerning the proposed Student Code of Conduct.

The proposed changes can be found in the attached documents. Please note there are two documents reflecting the recommended changes; 1) a more user-friendly Proposed Student Code of Conduct, and 2) the official Notice of Rulemaking Hearing filed with the Tennessee Secretary of State.
