Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Student Investigations
Biography
Andrew currently serves as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Student Investigations at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Andrew joined the University of Tennessee Knoxville team in September of 2021. Andrew is a veteran U.S. Navy Diver with over 7 years of experience in Naval Special Operations. While serving, Andrew developed a versatile background in policy compliance while working as a Department of Defense Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Coordinator and Victim Advocate.
Andrew reports directly to the Director of the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards and ensures policy compliance for investigations involving student respondents. Andrew works as a neutral party in Title IX investigations to conduct prompt and thorough investigations while managing the processes and procedures set forth in the Policy on Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating and Domestic Violence, and Stalking.
